From the beginning, speaking with Carol, who is very knowledgable and all the hard workers she sent to the home to take care of our situation. Very happy with their thorough mold remediation job and testing, and their prompt response. Very easy to deal with. Only gave 3 stars because the build back was not as good. They did not replace the trim so the corners were square and they didn't cleaned up all the dust they produced, nor put the furniture back that was moved.

I paid for them to go into a house to do testing. I did not live at this house but had it court ordered that the whole house should be tested. When they went out, the tenants refused then access to a location that needed to be tested. They did not call to let me know or anything and proceeded with the tests. Had they, I would have told them not to complete the service as I will now have to have someone go back out and will now have to pay another control sample. The only reason I realized they didn’t get all locations is because I saw an error on the invoice. They never mentioned it or brought it up to me at all. We called TruPro to do mold remediation in an entire house we purchased. The workers that came out were very friendly and did a great job. We couldn’t be happier. I thought the price was very reasonable and everyone from start to finish did a thorough job.
