James and his team took the time out of their weekend to put a roof on our house and do the job right. When we had trouble picking a shingle color, James recommended one and it looks phenomenal. I called TruRelief on a Thursday. Mr. Ortega sent Heather out to fly a drone over my house on a day’s notice, the following Saturday they met with my adjuster to go over what had been damaged on my roof. The claims process went well and all I was asked for was to pay my deductible. Heather, James, and the TruRelief crew installed a new roof on my house and I’m grateful for the quality, the way it was tastefully done, and that it was installed quickly. Mr. Ortega paid my house a personal visit before the install and recognized that my 5” gutters were insufficient to catch the water coming off roof.
