Inspected on December 10th. He had availability within a week of the day I booked, was pleasant to speak with and respectful of space, allowed me to shadow him and answered all my questions in a way I could understand, spent 2.5 hours to inspect a 650 sqft home and provided a 50 page, very thorough inspection report on all components of a 1930s Colonial Beach home near the water. I had a family member who is a contractor attend the inspection as well and he was impressed with Patrick’s attention to detail and knowledge. At this point in the process I am very happy with the service he provided and have nothing negative to say. I would certainly recommend him.

Patrick is amazing and very detailed-orient while at work. As he conducts his home inspection, he ensures that he explains any important details that a potential home buyer should be aware of, pointing out any serious concerns. At the conclusion of his inspection, he will ensure that you'll receive a comprehensive report, that is easy to understand/interpret. He also has a very approachable demeanor and is always happy to answer any questions. He's not one of those guys that gives you a short or shallow response, trying to speed up the process. He will quite literally go into every crevice, corner, or space, despite on how difficult it is to get into. I 100% recommend him and will be utilizing him for any future inspections.
