Very reasonable on price. On time and did a very neat job installing the aerobic system. Will be using them again.

I must start by apologizing for not reviewing before. I have used Truss for more than 20 years exclusively. If you read any of my reviews, you will see I generally only give good or bad reviews as I feel they are the most beneficial. I have had Truss and Sons install 2 aerator systems, 1 at my main house and 1 at our guest home. They have serviced our initial system multiple times until it ultimately failed. A fiberglas unit that caved in on itself. They have run water lines, fixed a leak in the wall, replaced stubborn faucets and drains, set a couple of toilets, etc. They have ALWAYS completed the job quickly, completely, and friendly. Great company. We've had them out at our house for 3 separate plumbing issues. All of them were fixed promptly and didn't break the bank. They're also super friendly and take the time to explain everything, even answering my son's curious questions.

Our toilet flush valve was old and wouldn’t stop running. Worst thing was, we couldn’t turn the water valve off to stop it, as the original plumbers installed the toilet too close to the valve to NEVER be able to turn the valve off. We expected the plumbing would have to be re-routed through the wall and moved over to make the water valve usable. Earl and Hunter came out, re-routed the water valve next to the toilet WITHOUT going into the wall, replaced all the internal parts in ALL 4 of our toilets and were done in 1-1/2 hours!!!!! We will ALWAYS Trust Truss!!!!! 💜

So grateful for this company. They came out asap and took care of the issue my folks were having and worked extremely hard to make sure they weren’t without their facilities over the weekend. My dad is a hard man to impress but he called to tell me that Zack worked very hard in the pouring rain and mud to fix their pump when other companies could have just told them they had to buy a new one. He was blown away by how affordable it was. Thank you very much. You just got a whole family of future customers.
