The repair was due to poor installation the first time. Undersized unit, crushed duct work. Water dripping from vents, wet insulation. Was painful to deal with trusted on this issue. My upstairs room was demolished for weeks. From not showing up at all or showing up mid with no communication. It’s just been atrocious. Just yesterday, the install was completed, still have the Sheetrock, trim, painting and clean up to get done. This was all trusted fault but they have not provided a turnkey repair. I’d never recommend trusted for any HVAC needs.

I do deliveries there for my job. Good people. Not sure about their work personally but they do a lot in the area.

Worked with their estimator, agreed on a specific scope. When proposal sent back they had altered without discussing with me. Requested it be reviewed and changed back to original scope. After that could not get the estimator to return phone calls or texts. Very disappointed as I was ready to proceed with work now have to find other providers.

The electricians showed up promptly at 8am & worked all day installing new fixture and reinstalling ceiling lights in every room! Not only did they work quietly & neatly, they allowed me to have input regarding where to place switches, leave and purchase "fancy bulbs" & wash the fixture glass covers before finishing up. (My ceilings are 15ft so there is no DIY) They were personable and just great vistors. The best change is the pendent over the sink... AMAZING! Yup, they'll be back next year to do the exterior lighting. Thank you, I vote to give the guys holiday bonuses ;-)

Give your technician Jonathan a raise! He walked me through several things to check and ended up diagnosing the problem over the phone. Saved me some money and our vacation. Really feel like he went above and beyond to take care of our issue. Thank you
