We, would like to take this time to tell the world about our experience working with TS Construction on building our custom dream home in Fairbanks, Alaska. To start off we contacted Tim to set up a time to speak with him in regards to our options on building our home, we brought in a floor plan that my wife and I drew up and a list of wants and needs. Tim offered some great advice on floor plan flow and cost effectiveness of building for our environment. We could immediately tell we choose the right Contractor for the job. Tim understood what we were looking for and seemed to be able to picture the house better then we could, and so it began…. Sadly, they were not able to do the home remodel I needed done because they were already booked with other projects. They were nice & Profesional & took the time to refer me elsewhere. Very much appreciated.
