I am a past customer who is really frustrated and disappointed with the service follow-up from Liam. When the AC unit that THC installed 2 yrs prior stopped working, text messages and phone calls went unanswered. Finally received a callback with an estimated service time and no one showed up and no one called to reschedule. HAVE NOT HAD ANY RESPONSE TO DATE and have hired another company to repair the unit. If I had known of THC's poor service support in the future, I would not have purchased my AC from this company. Avoid this vendor.

I was very impressed by the wonderful customer service Liam provided this past weekend. When my water heater died, I reached out to several companies inquiring into quotes and setting up an appointment ASAP. Every company wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and look at the water heater (for a consultation or attempt to restart the pilot) and most had no availability for 3-4 days. When I called Liam he also suggested restarting the pilot light before anything else. However, unlike the other companies, he proceeded to guide me through the process directly on the phone. It took all of 2 minutes and the water heater started up right away. He also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was working properly. We had a great experience working with Liam at Tsawwassen Air conditioning. Liam came to our house and did a very clean installation of the Air conditioning unit just in time before the hot summer kicking in Vancouver. Throughout the process, I found Liam to be very helpful and also very knowledgeable and explaining about the installation process. I would definitely recommend Liam to anyone who wants to get A/C installation done.

Had a great experience with these guys, second time I’ve used them. I called another place to fix my AC unit they said not fixable if you want to get it working you need to buy a new one. Which was close to 10k. My cousin referred me to Liam and he came and check it out he’s you don’t need to replace the whole thing just replace this part. All in all saved myself 9k. Highly recommend

I was recommended Liam and his group from a colleague which makes this especially disappointing. Scheduled an appointment with Tsawwassen Heating and Cooling to provide a quote on installing AC in my townhome. On the day of the appointment no one showed up from the company during the agreed upon time. I called and left a voicemail and received a call back after a few hours that one of their apprentices had called in sick and they needed to reschedule. Understood, things happen. I am in Vancouver and they mentioned they mostly service the south, to which I responded, if I was not a fit being in Vancouver then that was fine, I was assured that they wanted to come provide me a quote and we rescheduled for the morning of the following Thursday.
