I had purchased a few pieces before for a repair, and they did well. When I went back for a bigger project, I came across a specific color. So, I proceeded to purchase the material with the owners' husband and wife. I had no issues until I had to go back for more pieces. The owner's daughter sold me the material. She was very rude and got even more when I mentioned the material was scratched. She said what I expected of leftover material they purchased secondhand. Which they failed to mentioned when I first came in. Already into the project and material I needed a few pieces. I processed to pay. I noticed that the price was not adding up correct and not the unit price as when I first came. After doing the math I told the lady they had overcharged me and I would like a refund. She got so u

Be careful with this company. They will take advantage of you in whichever way possible. They will make up policies on the spot particularly to prevent you from returning items charging you a ridiculous 30 percent for so called made up restocking fee. Also, they would claim that if you have returned one item you can no longer returned anything. When told to call before purchasing I told them that I would be going somewhere else and a bad mannered lady stated. “You go it does not affect us” fortunately there are good vendors out there with integrity and not those that are always looking to take advantage of people. The R panels I purchased from them exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and durability. The precision and craftsmanship that went into manufacturing these panels are truly commendable. They not only look fantastic but also provide the level of protection and performance I was looking for.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO EVER GO TO . 0 stars I would never recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy. They treat you like if you owed them something. I understand that sometimes mistakes can happen but they aren’t understanding at all and don’t try to.I had placed my order with a specific color and when I went to go pick it up they told me they couldn’t make my order because they used the material to make an order that was placed AFTER mine. When I complained to them they simple told me to take my money back, not considering my time. The workers here give attitude for no reason and do not stick with what they said, like other reviews they make up policies on the spot and do not respect their customers.

Please do not buy from these people. Save you the time and your money. Because the quality of the work and metal Is the poorest grade? I've ever come across and all, I say it's not supposed to be wet. Or in the sun, the machine but bombs scored a model. And then it's faded within a week. I have metal that I've had for years. And still no discoloration, no staining, no rust. I got videos of everything. We'll be posting them.
