We bought some property in Rhea County back in June. After walking it a few times, we knew we wanted to clear out some of the underbrush at the woods edge, along with cleaning out an overgrown area where a barn used to be. After searching for land clearing services, in October we found TSR. The pictures of the work they had completed along with the other reviews compelled us to reach out. We explained what we wanted to do and Tim agreed to meet us at the property to walk it and discuss what we wanted. Sheryl documented the areas we wanted forestry mulched, trees removed and the areas we wanted cleared out, like where the barn collapsed and areas where the tin roof ended up. The quote was reasonable and they were able to start work in the timeframe we requested. No problems with us adding

This was a super nice guy and didn't get upset when I kept adding more for him to do. Made me feel like I got more than my money's worth. His wife was also super nice and pleasant to talk to. All around great couple and business people. Had absolutely no complaints or problems using them.

First, two of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure to meet. Absolute joy to work with. Communication was awesome! We changed lots once and they had to clear underbrush and small trees without disturbing a 25' soil grid across the entire front 100' of the property. Went way above and beyond what we discussed and spent 4 days instead of 3 all for the original quoted price. Outstanding work! We will use them again to clear the rest of the trees on our build site.

The friendly couple of TSR Land Services came and gave a very fair quote for clearing part of our property. They showed up when they said they would, had the right equipment to tackle the job, and were an absolute pleasure to chat with. They finished the job as they had estimated. Highly recommend!!
