They were told that when we flipped either switch to turn on our living room light (2 x switches to the same light source), that we had to use the switch multiple times for the light to stay on. They came out and said that it was a problem with one set of our light switches that caused the problem. With me not being home they replaced the switch for $220 telling my wife that this was the problem. Needless to say the problem is still here and this company is a joke. I can tell you as of right now if the problem duplicates on multiple switches it is not from one switch having a problem, but most likely a wiring or problem from the outlet.
