They don't even deserve one star. This company was hired to maintain landscape by the HOA at Hidden Lake Townhomes in Martinez, Ga. While working on the property they shattered a very expensive (Andersen) storm door. The incident occurred on June 3rd and their onsite manager (Mike) acknowledged that they were responsible. We were told they would repair or replace the door. It is now June 24th and the door still has not been repaired or replaced (they removed the door) and is still not reinstalled. The office manager (Katie) has given excuse after excuse on why it has not yet been addressed. We are now in a position where we are forced to file a complaint in small claims court to have our loss be made whole. I would not recommend this company if they were the last landscaping comp

Really appreciate the work Total Turf has done for us. They service our HOA and I hired them for my own yard as well. They are priced fairly and always take care of our lawn needs. Always a job well done!
