TTH Roofing

I paid Cuatro Hollen $6000 as a deposit for roof/gutter work. This money was effectively stolen from me. Through miscommunication, when they showed up to install the gutters, they started installing round when it should have been square. I stopped them immediately in order to correct it. We chatted over text and I agreed to pay for part of the mistake (should be a few hundred $) since there was communication error on both sides (in reality, this was 90% on his side). Over the course of a year, I followed up with Cuatro at least monthly until finally giving up. The last text I sent to him was, "Everyone has a dollar amount that their reputation is worth to them. That's what you'll have to decide here." I never heard back from him.

My wife and I had a big problem involving the sale of our house. Between the time of our inspection and the buyers’ our house was one of hundreds of houses in central Austin that had significant hail damage and the date of our closing was rapidly approaching. Cuatro Hollen, owner of TTH roofing, promised that one of his four crews would be able to help is out. He contacted the new owners to find out the preference for color for the shingles and the excellent job was done on time. He charged the amount of State Farm’s damage estimate so our deductible was our only expense.
