Tub Doctor

Tub doctor recently redid our master bathroom! It looks absolutely gorgeous! The team is amazing and the owner Eddie is so kind and helpful! The customer service is excepcional and eager to answer all of my questions. Definitely will have them assist in the future remodels of our other bathrooms!

A big thank you to Ben from Tub Doctor Augusta. He replaced my old unused garden tub with a beautiful shower and replaced the bathroom countertop to match. After getting several estimates that were beyond my budget, I called Tub Doctor. They did not play games like the other companies and gave me an Estimate the first time that was within my budget. The installers were wonderful and did a beautiful job! I would highly recommend Tub Doctor of Augusta.

We purchased an Onyx solid surface shower system from Tub Doctor of Augusta several years ago, and it has been excellent. It still looks fantastic today. Recently, we needed some of the Onyx color-matched caulk to refresh the shower. Tub Doctor was able to provide two tubes the same day, at no cost, with outstanding customer service from start to finish. From the initial estimate, to ordering, to parts and delivery, every step of the process has been smooth and professional. We’re very happy with our experience and would recommend Tub Doctor of Augusta to anyone looking for quality products and reliable service.

Our experience with Tub Doctor was top notch! Their designer, Kristy Brigham, guided us through making all the beautiful selections. Our installers, Ethan and Rick, were very precise with their work and talked us through every step! Our shower is everything we wanted and more! We love it! They did a fantastic job! From the get go, Charles came to our home and helped us pick out everything. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The installers, Adam, Levi, Ethan, and John, showed up on time both days. They were very nice , even to my son who loved that they were here working on our new shower. They cleaned up after themselves and even came back to adjust the anti-scalding valve because we love hot hot showers! The ONLY ehhh part was whenever we called the office and Eddie was the one who answered, he wasn’t too friendly. Maybe it was a bad day(s) idk but that rubbed us wrong …. Ben was very nice though when calling the front office..Other than that, I 100% recommend this company. Added 1 before and a few after pictures!
