this company is the worst company to rent with for two years i could not get anyone out to fix anything i asked. i had to call the plumber my self that is contacted through this company in order to insure that my services were being taking care of. he comes into peoples homes when their moving in and steels appliances such as supplies, curtains, blinds and clothes. he is not someone i would trust if this is your first time renting. when the pandemic started he waited until i paid my rent up for three months to tell me he no longer wanted to rent out the property anymore due to non payment of rent. when i showed him my receipts and asked to see his he said that he didn't want to go looking through any files and didn't have to. i have proof!!!!!!!

If I could give a 0 I would these people have never been to the properties they rent to see the disrepair that they are in and they expect you to pay top dollar for a mobile home down a dirt road. Then when you bring an issue to their attention R tucker wants to come out and honk like he just pulled up to a crack house and then catches a attitude when confronted about issues with the home and try to find out when and who are going to do the repairs. Just all in all totally unprofessional ,so if you can find someone else to rent from

I saw their rental sign in front of a house. When I picked up the key, the receptionist stated, "He's on the phone with a girl now about that house" and b4 I left w the key, the larger Mr Tucker stated, " Lots of activity on that one". Went to see the place: returned the key and they stated they had lost the contract for renting that particular place. Online I found where they had lost it 2 weeks prior. Go to see another rental of theirs: soon as I walk back into the office, the receptionist stated, "He's on the phone with a girl now. You might want to talk to him now". I said sure.....so I go into his office and he pretends to be on the phone with someone. I ask about renting the 2nd place. He says, "this girl is supposed to be coming in "...."she was supposed to come in last w

this place don't deserve a star they are rude unprofessional and very racist they aren't good at fixing repairs in a timely manner and tend to blame their tenants for wear and tear.
