Tuckers Carpet

The short version of this story is that they created a whole new house for us and if I could give them 10 stars instead of 5, I would. Long story is from start to finish, Tucker's Carpet went above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations. Bruce met with us and we were shown a huge variety of LPV options to choose one and he guided us adeptly to find something high quality that would meet our preferences and needs. Shopping for flooring turned into an interesting and enjoyable experience and I also learned things from him as well. (He knows his product) . Our flooring project looks amazing. The installer was meticulous and did a really good job. We had an LVP product that looks like tile installed in the primary bedroom, bathroom & closet. Bruce & Terri provided outstanding service.

I'll start by saying we had a wonderful experience with Tuckers. Excellent communication and all around customer service. I mainly communicated with Jennifer who was amazing with answering my inquiries before and after the install. The install team was polite and professional. I inquired about one of my thresholds being more flush after the install and Bruce was happy to come over and install some risers to help make the carpet look and feel better on the feet since our floorboards were low in that spot and against hardwood. Very nice job overall and i would definitely have them do more rooms in our home.

I love my new floors! They are absolutely gorgeous and the team at Tuckers made it so easy to pick out. The installation process was very smooth.

These guys just finished replacing all the flooring throughout my entire dental office and did an amazing job. They were extremely easy-going, hard working, and finished the job on time and with skill. I highly recommend them.
