Needed a new float switch and alarm switch for my grinder pump, they had what I needed in stock and at a fair price. Got my pump working again quick and without calling a plumber out!

Tugwell pump goes above and beyond for there customers. I called and they helped me trouble shoot a problem I was having . One of there employees even stayed after hours so I could grab the part a Sewage extractor pump and made sure I had everything I needed then gave me his cell phone number if I had any questions I could call him. If i could rate them higher then 5 stars i would. My install went smoothly and in just under two hours we were operational again.

We had an issue with our grinder pump malfunctioning. Call Tugwell Pump & Supply, LLC. Mr. Rogers was our installer. We were told that he would be at our home between 10am and 12pm and he was actually early. Figured out the issue, replace the pump and got us back up and running. I needed a part for my lift pump. After multiple trips to all the local hardware stores no one had what I needed or even knew what it was called. I called Tugwell Pump and Supply and they were extremely helpful. A few days after I had purchased the needed part Dan (I believe that was his name) called and asked me if it worked. It was a $35 part and they went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of! Amazing service!

I just wanted to say Thank You for your help. My husband walked in the door with 1 bolt for our grinder pump lid and he walked out the door with 6 more.
