Tom comes across as very knowledgeable and capable. He and his employees speak a lot about their high quality and most of all about how their priority is to make the customer happy. “If something isn’t right, we will make sure to make it right even if we have to come back multiple times to fix it.” These words were reiterated to me by Tom and his employee John multiple times during the process of their building our cabinets. The actuality is: it took weeks longer to receive our cabinet doors than they had originally quoted. Two of the doors appeared damaged (one warped and one cracked) to which they said the warped door was normal and the cracked door was the fault of our general contractor. When the doors weren’t shutting properly it took him weeks to come out, and when he did he was a

Poor tom i think has good intentions but is overwhelmed. He did our whole house for a new build and thankfully we got everything but the laundry room done before he disappeared. I made mistake of paying him early because we lacked little stuff I thought that would be easy and was told would come back that week (that was months ago). Just wanted to leave a warning to others he does good work when it eventually gets done but in our case he was late and never finished:(

We could not be more pleased with the cabinets Tom built for us. The entire experience was painless, all our questions were patiently answered, they were finished on time, and the price was very fair to everyone.
