Tumen, Inc

We heard about Tumen, Inc from our neighbor, who spoke glowingly about the team. We hired them to renovate our entire brownstone and it may be one of the best decisions we've ever made. I can't speak highly enough about Aaron's team: they are so helpful, courteous, communicative, punctual, talented, and proactive. They do everything and they do it very well. I've heard horror stories about contractors in the city, but this is HANDS DOWN the best crew you could ever be lucky enough to work with. They're simply phenomenal. Tumen Inc. were recommended to us by a friend after they remodeled his kitchen. We have two small bathrooms in our Bronx apartment that were both in rough shape. Tumen’s head-honcho Aaron came by our apartment with one of his contractors and they looked the situation over. Within a few days we were given a very reasonable estimate, and decided to engage them for the job. We have been very glad we did so ever since. We engaged Aaron Choi of Tumen in 2025 to do a moderate renovation of our pre-war one bedroom coop apartment located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The project entailed work in the small bathroom, refacing kitchen cabinets in the small kitchen and refinishing floors. The largest part of the job was the removal of an original tub and tiles in the bathroom and building of a stall shower. The work was concentrated on the creation of the stall shower - waterproofing of all walls and floor, installation of lead pan, installation of tiles, installation of new shower fixtures and installation of frameless sliding glass doors. Building rules required replacement of all plumbing back to the risers so the job called for considerable demolition which Tumen handled expertly and coordinated with

Aaron and team are great. They remodelled both of our bathrooms. Everyone who worked on our projects went above and beyond from communications to problem solving to staying within budget. The team of Mr Wu, Tommy, and Jason worked tirelessly. And they cleaned up after each work day! They were all very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Tumen and would definitely use them for our future projects.
