Absolute great experience getting window well covers installed for the 2nd time. Rob was super patient as other unexpected projects were completed prior to the window well cover placement. Work quality was superb and turn-around-time from measurements to installation very fast. Also, Rob is a great communicator, detail oriented, and very organized. Great experience! Very responsive. We were able to quickly set up an appt for a quote and a few weeks later had our window well covers installed. Rob answered all our questions and gave us options letting us decide what we wanted. Quality covers and professional work. Our experience at Titus Contracting working with Tundra Custom Window Well Cover was terrific. Their communication was fantastic. They answered every question we had thoroughly with pictures and videos, so we were comfortable enough to make a 50% down payment for them to put the cover into production. After we made our down payment, they gave us a timeline on how many weeks it would be before installation happens. We called them when there was a week left in the timeline they gave us with the hope of narrowing down the install date to a specific day and time.
