I called and left a voicemail, sent one email, sent dm on Facebook Messenger and went to their showroom they never got back to me and their showroom was closed even though it was during the business hours on their voicemail. So frustrating. I know two people who have had brand new homes built by them and remodeled their kitchen and done outside patio work also. Both of these people love their homes and praise their work. I would have loved the opportunity to work with them.

I stopped by their shop cause I wanted to get some work done at my house. The guy said he was going to call me tomorrow but he never did. I call3 days later and nobody picked up. I tried again the next days after that andthe lady picked up and told me they were too busy that they will get back to me. They never called me back. Totally unprofessional!

After calling to request a quote, they finally made it out. The guy that showed up was friendly and on time. Went over our plans and was told give him a week and he’ll get the estimate over to us. Well, the guy blew us off and never got back to us. Must be nice to not need additional work regardless of the size of the job. Avoid this place, there are other places near by to choose from.

You'll never hear back from them. But the lady who answers the phone and calls back is nice. Not staffed for the masses
