After 25 years of loyal business with Turf Equipment, their true colors showed. While my foreman was picking up supplies and delivering payment, the manager tried to recruit him on the spot — claiming they were short-staffed and needed drivers. After decades of loyalty, to be undercut like that is unacceptable. I won’t be doing business with them ever again. Loyalty is a two-way street — clearly, they forgot that. Good luck. I’m moving on.

Outstanding customer service, they answer the telephone, they call back when they say they will call back. I dealt with Andy and he was amazing in terms of keeping in touch with me via the telephone, delivery and pickup of materials. If you need pipes and fittings for french drains, workshop dedusting, or whatever, I strongly recommend that you contact Turf Equipment and Supply Company Inc. in Merriefield, VA. Why can't every company operate like this one?
