Four stars for now, as they just did my service this morning and I haven't seen what the treatment does to my lawn. Great service on the phone and Jaylon came out promptly and gave a courtesy call the day before.
Turf Masters has been our lawn service for past several years. I trust the knowledge and professionalism of our tech Kyle. Always friendly and takes the time to answer any questions I have regarding the treatment. Lawn is kept in top condition…but does also need me to do my part and follow their instructions for proper mowing and watering.
Despite 2 treatments my yard has a lot of weeds. I raised a concern with the person who sold me the service (through email), but I did not receive a response. I also have the tree and shrub service. At the last treatment, the service person did not go in the backyard. I hope I start seeing results soon.
Marcus did an awesome job! I recommend Turf Masters as they keep your lawn weed free.
Daniel is wonderful! I’m always happy when it’s him that gets assigned to my house. He’s diligent and hard-working and I appreciate that.
