Tony at Turf Shield is fantastic..!!! I called several other yard companies to come figure out why my grass was dying in various spots. No one could find out the reason. I even had to buy sod on several occasions. Then I finally called Turf Shield and Tony came over. He identified my problem right away showing me the grubs in my yard and he showed me the tunnels for the moles. He came back with mole bait and put in yard as well as putting grub killer over entire lawn. I finally feel like I found somebody who took the time to come over and look and tell me what the problem was instead of sending 19-year-old technicians who didn't know anything.

This service makes very few visits, not enough to be effective. They did a pre-emergent weed treatment just before spring. Does the photo look like it made any difference? I am treating the weeds myself, after paying for Turf Shield to do this. UPDATE: Turf Shield came back to retreat my lawn for the weeds that kept coming back. There was no charge for this new round of weed treatment. Kudos to them for their customer service!!

People are raving about my lawn and I am stupendously and spectacularly pleased about the way it looks. Deep vibrant, green, healthy lawn and in just a short period of time. I am absolutely stupefied about the improvement. I don’t think you use fertilizer. It must’ve been some type of magic dust.
