I was looking on the market for turf for a while and I ran across Turfit during my search. Brandon was a big help in deciding which turf to choose. Ended up going with Bermuda 71 and decided to do a DIY instead of hiring a contractor. Took about 2 - 3 days and safe to say it came out great!

I purchased turf from this company expecting a quality product and reliable customer support, but unfortunately, I received neither. Shortly after installation, I noticed clear signs that the turf was defective. I reached out to the company with detailed documentation, including photos and descriptions, to support my warranty claim. Instead of taking responsibility or showing any willingness to resolve the issue, the owner went out of his way to deny that there was anything wrong. The owners solution was to throw sand on the turf and brush it and he told me that would fix the problem only to be in the same position days later. I am a contractor in El Paso and I purchase turf from TurfIt for my clients. One of my clients invested over $5,000 into a project using material that came with a long-term warranty. Everything looked fine at first, but after about a year, she started noticing visible lines running through the turf. We submitted a warranty claim through the previous manager, who told us the information had been sent to the main office and that the claim had been approved. Based on that approval, the manager instructed us to remove all the turf so it could be replaced. Right now, the client’s front yard and backyard have no turf at all because we followed the instructions given to us.
