TurfMen - Fertilization & Weed Control

I was very hopeful when I first starting working with them and I know it can take several treatments to see results (fertilizer and weeding). However, I have had a few questions over the past few months. I've tried emailing and calling and have been completely ghosted and ignored. I would not feel comfortable recommending them, unfortunately.

Quite possibly the worst customer experience I have been put through. Performed almost none of the services I had quoted and no ability to call and ask questions on the “service” they did provide. Save yourself the hassle and go with another company.

TurfMen does irrigation serves now, I decided to have them do winterization of my sprinkler system. I am glad I used them, they were prompt, personable and professional. Did a great job, explaining the process, removing the valves for storage and had the knowledge to work with my Pro-HC Hydrawise controller to blow out the stations. I will be using them for sprinkler startup in the spring!

Cannot get through to the phone number, multiple phone calls that say “ person is unable to take phone calls right now”. We usually get a request for service that we approved and we did not get one. They charged us for a visit when we no longer own the home

I signed up for aeration and over seeding last spring and it has not been done yet. I’ve reached out multiple times to see when (or if) it will be done and haven’t gotten an answer. I’ve tried calling and emailing and no one has gotten back to me.
