I would never recommend TurfPride to anyone. My yard is just a bunch of patchy grass and weeds. I have been using TurfPride for almost two years. My relationship began with them by getting a full lawn renovation, which is where they kill all of your existing grass/weeds and then lay new grass seed. They didn't clear the old grass and dead debris from my yard well, they didn't properly aerate my yard, and they didn't lay down enough grass seed, and I kept telling them this, but they refused to fix it. Eventually after my yard turned into a big pile of dirt dead grass, they admitted that they didn't do a good job, they came out again and re-did my yard the next year, but they still did a terrible job. Great company. Better than any other lawn care service. They actually come out, do an analysis of your yard then tell you how it can be treated. My yard looks beautiful. I get compliments on it all the time. Turf Pride has done well.

They serviced the wrong address and then billed me for it and it took me 3 weeks to get that rectified. Tried calling a manager, no one is responding to me. They treat my lawn and don't really tell me when it's being treated so I let my dogs out not realizing there are chemicals all over my lawn and their toys. Completely unprofessional company. I would not recommend.

I hired them a year ago for my rental property. They are billing me regularly. Weeds are growing up to my waist. HOA threatens to kill me. I can't really check if they come there or not because I don't live there. Looks like they just bill me without showing up.

Excellent job. Advised he was coming 3 days prior. Arrived on time. Took the time to explain what he was gona do. Did an outstanding job.
