This place is a couple miles off Broadway but worth the effort to find. The gentleman originally told me next day, but when he learned I lived an hour away, he made some checks and worked me in within two hours. Called promptly when it was complete. Kind, affordable quick service.

Turley’s was recommended to me because they are a local family owned business and have operated for many years in Tyler with an excellent reputation for commercial and residential rug and carpet cleaning. The building on E. Commerce is not impressive, but their experience and expert techniques are outstanding. I took 2 very expensive hand tied oriental wool area rugs to Turley’s and they made them look like new. Turley’s also shampooed bedroom carpets in our home and did an excellent job.

Don't waste your time with this business! Called for pricing on having a rug cleaned and was given a price that was reasonable. Drove 30 minutes to drop the rug off only to get a call the next day that the cost was going to be three times what they had originally told me. I told the man that I was given a much lower price and the only reply he gave me was "they told you wrong". Man offered no apology for the inconvenience and could have cared less that I was unhappy . Picked up my rug and will never go back!

Turleys have been doing business for almost 40 years in Tyler and they really are very knowledgeable in what can be done and very reasonable on there prices.
