They purposely lied to us out of spite and left us with no AC for now 6 days. Probably the most disrespectful unprofessional HVAC employees you will ever come in contact with. Still have no AC and still they keep pushing back the repair saying lack of communication on our end but really it's lack of communication and respect on their end.

I live in Alabama my neighbor air was put in by Turn key and in the mist they cut my wires. I had to go 2weeks til last Friday morning. I understand they didn’t want to except the responsibility but my air stopped once my neighbor air got fixed.. got a upper respiratory infection and had to go to Emergency Room and my primary care physician yesterday ,. Today is the best I have feeled since they messed my a/c unit up. I had another professional company Dr. Comfort and the video what they found and then Turn Key decided to do something. I would think they would have been more considered it was hot those 2 weeks so I’m contacting a attorney because I have bills from Emergency Room and my primary care physician…it’s sad that I should not had to wait 2 weeks I didn’t deserve this things happ

This company and their technicians were very courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and had my issue handled quickly. Also, the employee in the office who scheduled the appointment was very kind and helpful as well. She also gave me a courteous call, letting me know the technicians were on their way to my home. I highly recommend Turn Key Heating and AC.
