After house hunting in Knoxville, Oak Ridge and more. We concluded we are going to add on to our existing home. Turner Exteriors came out and spoke with Danny about our vision. He ran numbers and got back to us with a fair estimate and we decided to have more work done at same time. My salesman Danny came back with Elijah Turner and we sat down and l told them my vision. Contacted Turner Exteriors and William was out in just two days. William understood what we wanted in a small deck. Received an estimate while he was there which was close to what I expected. The following week their crew arrived as scheduled and the deck was finished in 2 1/3 days. Thomas the lead person was excellent the quality of their exceeded all expectations. We purchased land in Grainger County 1.5 years ago with a Clayton double wide mobile home on the property. The mobile homes exterior has taken a beating from the sun, wind and rain since 1997. My sunroom turned out BETTER THAN I EXPECTED!!! Elijah and Sam were great to work with on the front end quote, materials, etc... Jim oversaw the work and kept a good timeline for the work and always followed up with me (every day). Arnold and his crew are incredible installers (Versetta Stone) and I am blown away at how the sunroom project turned out. Oscar and his painters were excellent, as well.
