I had an amazing experience! I had been scammed by another company recently and am in the process of dealing with that. I called Turner on Monday 12/15 and TJ came by 10 min later to do very thorough and free inspection. There was no pressure at all to sell. They wrote me a very fair quote and left to let me decide on what to do. I had a few companies that were recommended to me to look into but my intuition said to call these guys back! They came out on Wed 12/17. They had a HUGE job to do. The previous tech from another company (Comfort Zone HVAC ) left a disaster. I have been using Turner for 7 years. The first time I used them was to inspect a very old unit on the house we were purchasing. I then continued to use them over the next few years for maintenance to keep the unit running as long as possible. We finally decided to replace the unit in 2024 with Turner as well! With every service call and with the install of my new unit, they prove to be very responsive, reliable, and come with so much knowledge. Todd and TJ are knowledgeable, reasonably priced, honest, and always available when needed! I called yesterday when I was having trouble with my A/C unit. TJ did some troubleshooting with me and told me to call first thing the next day if I was still having issues. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help to possibly avoid a service call and unnecessary charges. He arrived at my house probably within 30 minutes of my call! I love supporting family owned and operated small businesses and this one is a gem. The Turner family is caring and professional. They are very punctual, their workmanship is thorough and their prices are reasonable and competitive. When my HVAC system failed and needed to be replaced, they provided my family home with a temporary unit to hold us over until a new unit could be located, purchased and installed. The installation was completed in a timely fashion and they took great care to not only protect my home but the new equipment as well.
