My entire experience with this company was great from the word go. The office manager called me to schedule within an hour of receiving the request, and scheduled me for the next day. The tech who came out (Clint) was very personable and took the time to explain everything to me. He went above and beyond to determine the problem with my AC and fixed it on the spot - he didn’t have to get materials and come back or anything. I would definitely use this company again!

Clint came out and serviced my outdated heater and it is working like it is supposed too. I called and they sent someone right out , same day service but service calls per hour is quite expensive for someone that is on a fixed income like myself. Other than that I would recommend their services.

It didn't take long for him to identify the problem. They have the lowest quote out of the 7 plumbing companies I contacted. Although Turner Mech was ready to resolve the issue, Allstate Insurance and Old Republic Home Protection would not pay for the repairs. Still, knowing there close by whenever I raise the money is reassuring.

Think twice before hiring this company! The plumber, Mr. Johnny, came on a Friday afternoon, we were most likely his last appt for the day. It was raining and the temps were dropping. The plumber “fixed” the issue enough to get us through the rest of the evening. The issue still existed because it was a bigger plumbing issue that was causing one toilet to be clogged. Looking back, I realize the issue was either too big for this plumber or he just didn’t know what he was doing. This company charged us $450 and did not unclog the toilet. Johnny never followed up to fix the bigger issue. We ended up hiring a new company and TM had the audacity to invoice us for $450. I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT hire this company! After being told by someone else our heating/air unit was not repairable, we called Turner Mechanical for a quote on a replacement. Clint came out, looked at it and said he could fix it - which he did. Clint rocks.
