I’m giving a 1 Star because there’s no zero. These people might be the most unprofessional group I have dealt with in recent years. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a first time client or it was a bad week for them. I called to set an appointment. I was charged, a hefty amount let me just say for a tiny job but whatever, I wanted it done quick, so I made the payment. I was then not given any information about the appointment except that it will be in 48 hours. I called several times to inquire. It’s all crickets. I was told the technician will call me. It didn’t happen. I went to their live chat support. It took 30 minutes to get a response and mid chatting, the individual just went off without any helpful information. I had to drive 77 Miles to meet with the technician on site and dash ba

Fahey was a much better experience compared to other services. Installed new sod and was told I need a fungicide treatment. Called two other companies with no return calls. Go figure! I guess some people don't want new business. I had a couple of the big name lawn services in the past and they would skip a portion or the yard. Of course they would come back after you call them, but you shouldn't have to check on a service you are paying for. Anyway, I believe in doing what you said and when you said you would do it. Simple! I've seen Fahey signs in the neighborhood and decided to give them a call. Robert showed up on-time and gave me a great quote! Signed the agreement and they were out to service the new sod within a day. I'm in insurance sales and I understand good customer service. Fro

Curtis arrived early on both visits and even called when on his way as requested. It was much appreciated. Biggest yellow jacket nest I’ve ever witnessed and it was taken care of safely, fast and my favorite part, very enthusiastically.

Has to be the laziest people “techs” I’ve ever seen. Guys when you claim you have sprayed and taken webs out with ur brushes make sure the people don’t have security cameras inside and outside of the home. Then blames “Amazon packages” for carrying bugs. Best part is showing the tech the camera footage and he says…..”ohh that’s not me” but 5 min before that expressed he was here 2 weeks ago. Lol. Also not many techs are 6’3 buddy!! Then these jerks make you payout on your contact when you want to cancel them. POS company. Lakewood Ranch

Jerry Grissom did my annual termite inspection. He took the extra time to tell me about a spot on my porch that needed attention. He called me and explained how Turner could help me and got the repair scheduled promptly. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients!! Excellent customer service—WOW! 😀 A++++ thank you Jerry!!
