I just spoke with Don, and he was so nice to answer alot of questions for me, even though I found out that his company doesn't come out north of i69, which I would need. He could have just hung up, but proceeded to tell me what I need to be aware of, so that whomever I get, so the job gets done correctly. I had an absolutely the best experience with the service provided by this company. Charles came on time and emptied my tank in a very timely matter. Answered all the questions I had about my tank and the system in general. Will definitely be using Turner Sanitation in the future. Huge Thank You!

Can’t rate lower than a 1 star so 1 star it is I guess, we had a pretty good first impression when we spoke with them on the phone and their first visit, had them come out and locate lid and could barely locate it, then we had them install a riser on our tank, they install the riser and install a lid in the middle of our sidewalk that 2 inches below grade, had them come back to fix, didn’t do anything just told me to put a landscape stop on top of it in the middle of my sidewalk(would look real classy by the way). Fast forward a 5 months to this last weekend, March 2026, our septic tank is filling with water and we have them out to take a look at it and pump it out, they send a manager not pump truck and he tells my wife I need to come home so he can tell me and explain to me what’s wrong

Awsome service and pricing! Needed emergency last minute service and they took great care of me. Technician that came out to the house was very professional! He gave me some great advice for taking care of my septic system. Definitely recommend this company!
