I filled out Turner Septic’s online form on a Sunday and got a call back from the owner within two hours to schedule my pumping. They were extremely accommodating with the schedule and let me pick the exact day that worked best for me. Their communication leading up to the service was excellent, clear, timely, and professional. When they arrived, they not only did the job quickly, but also provided a detailed report on the overall health of my tank, which I really appreciated. I really commend them for how they run their home service business. Not many companies in this area operate with this level of organization, communication, and customer care. Very impressed, and it’s no surprise they have over 500 Google reviews. They truly earn them. Highly recommend!

Realized on a Saturday in January that we needed the septic pumped. Kim was very responsive getting back me the same day and scheduled service for a few days later - even with a big snow storm on the way. The completed the job on time. Very responsive and professional. Highly recommended

This was my first experience using Turner Septic Services . The old axiom that you only get one chance to make a first impression is so true. My initial phone conversation was pleasant and the truck arrived when Dyane said it would the following day. The driver was Jeff and he came over to meet me with a big smile and a handshake. He answered all my questions and was very thorough and professional. You could tell that he enjoyed his job and had been doing it for a while.
