I have purchased several light fixtures and fans from Turney Lighting. The last 3 items were 2 outdoor lights and and outdoor ceiling fan. The staff have been helpful to me in finding the size and color of what I need. They have a wide assortment and you can get exactly what you want. When I have a very specific lighting need, I go to Turney. I find the fit and finished top notch

29 Oct 25 we purchased two ceiling fans and 1 25 foot ceiling fan install and 1 10 foot ceiling install. 25 Nov they called and said they wanted more money to install the fan on the 25 foot ceiling. We cancelled the order.

Very rude disappointing customer service. I walked into the store a clerk walks right by me and goes to the back of the store no one even asked if I needed help I went and found the clerk sitting down behind a desk doing book work I guess and she did answer my questions but I could hear peopleBut no one offered to help a customer they won't get a penny in my money.

Received A+ customer service from Brenda Kibler. She went above and beyond to ensure I received the proper bulbs for my fixture as well as informed me about the warranty information. Lots of nice fixtures as well as some furniture too! Great little place! Thanks Brenda for fantastic customer service!!

The gentleman who came by to help me with my pantry light was awesome!! Not only did he help fix it, but he even stayed a little while to answer some of my questions! Amazing service! Thank you Geoff!
