Jesse did a great job with my home inspection! He was on time and did a thorough review of the property and all of the home's systems. Also, I like the way his report is presented with recommendations and links to local contractors we could call on to complete some of his suggested repairs after the close of escrow. I worked with Jesse of Turnkey on a new build inspection while in escrow and can’t recommend him enough. Leading up to the inspection, he was prompt and responsive. During inspection, he was thorough and took the time to explain different elements of the home to me so I knew what to ask for from the seller as well as what to expect in terms of upkeep and maintenance in the future. The inspection report itself was fantastic—I cannot stop raving about it. The layout Jesse uses is organized and super easy to follow. I know I’ll be referring back to it in the future.

Super detailed and thorough work. I asked a general contractor, a neighbor, a realtor, the neighborly app, and a mortgage broker which home inspector they recommended- all came back with the same name: Turnkey. And now I know why! Jesse answered every question and delivered a detailed report, complete with photos for reference points. The home inspection process can be daunting for some (like me), but Jesse made sure I understood the process. He also followed up with educational materials on the areas of needed improvements. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
