Turoc Concrete Designs

As you are very well aware, I am extremely unhappy with the work that was performed and paid for up to this point from Turoc Concrete Design/Ryan. This termination is due to and not limited to... not doing what I (Client/Customer) have asked, wanted and paid for. No show at the job site multiple times, with no notice at all. Causing interruption with my own business. Dumping fill/Rock on our driveway and damaging our property. leaving your staff to incorrectly frame our property, and framing on top of big tree roots. After finally pouring concrete, I come home to extremely crooked and uneven steps and platforms. The two steps stepping onto the platform, two different measurements. Took ages to get to do the job agreed on. Hiked price while doing the job , right after excavation , to a new sky high number , otherwise....., job not fully finished until now ( 3 years now ) Now, nothing but cracked concrete. Beware ...

I had the pleasure of working with this fantastic team to transform my backyard. From start to finish, they were highly professional, skilled, and efficient. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they also made sure to leave no mess behind once the project was complete. This company was recommended by a friend of mine at work. Ryan came by to talk to me and go over what I wanted. Everything went well I picked a coral color and a salt and pepper highlights for a overlay in my backyard. I have no complaints and will recommend him as he was to me. Thank you

I must say my experience with Turin concrete design was very pleasant. I had a pool put in my yard last summer and wanted to get rid of the grass around it but didn’t want a deck. Ryan came out and explained to me that he could do a wrap around concrete walkway and the overlay it and I could pick a color and decide on a design from several choices. I went with a larger tile design with grey grout lines and a desert sand color and sealed it with an acrylic finish. I was very happy and my wife loved it. Very good job thank you
