Give your money to another business. This company came and fixed some leaks and issues at my house less than 2 months ago, atleast one is still leaking. They will not answer the phone or call me back. Poor quality of work and poor customer service. Money better spent somewhere else. (Edit) I found the leak, they didnt even fix or fit the pipe under my sink. They left a pipe loose and not sealed just flowing water into the pipe below it. So if I drain the sink it backs up and overflows out of the lower pipe which is not connected. Luckily for them I cannot post pictures or videos. Horrible craftsmanship with this "business" of hacks.

I worked with Rick for a new home setup from the beginning. At first, upon seeing all the negative reviews and a small misunderstanding at the beginning, I was a little weary to move forward. Hooking up electric, water, water softener & RO, and new septic is a huge expense and want it done correctly and without unannounced bills. Yes, it was expensive. I got a few other quotes on some of the pieces and they were very comparable and I'd prefer to work with a single vendor. Rick would call ME saying he just went by the land and saw xyz happening; he was on top of things and ready to go whenever the house was ready for his team to start. Unfortunately, this company charged ~$7K for a simple, standard ~$3-4K submergible water pump replacement. Among other sad issues, the signed estimate was based on a 600ft depth when indeed the depth was 100 ft. They did not send the bill to the away owner but to the tenet who naively paid it. The owner, not the tenet is responsible for the work. Furthermore, video evidence showed only ~3-4 hours of actual work when 14 hours at ~$220/hour was billed. When directly asked by the owner of the well to send the bill to him, the belligerent owner of the company, rapidly cashed the tenet's check. He would not even explain the charges and highly inflated parts when politely asked. Also, this owner was sadly aggressive and refused to discuss the matter in a civil and fair way. This company is top notch! Rick's crew came out and installed new service to my house. They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend and will be hiring them again!

They came and installed a new A/C unit on our new home and did a beautiful job ! We had two crews, one to install the unit and another crew to do the electrical and they all were very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Very satisfied with this company.
