We purchased a foreclosed property with the intention of renovating it in 2022. At the recommendation of our realtor and several friends, we called John Sinatra at TWB. After a thorough look at the property it became apparent that the house was not worth saving. We talked to several custom home builders during the following year and moved forward toward the design stage with another builder. Big mistake! Needless to say, we return to TWB and couldn't be happier. Our project supervisor, Preston Hoke, did an amazing job! He was at the build site every day, on top of all the subs, permits, inspections at all times. My husband and I made what we thought was a temporary move from South Florida in March 2020 to work and live in our 1960’s Cocoa Beach vacation home during the first wave of Covid. John Sinatra of Trade Wind Builders did an amazing job rebuilding our house after the hurricane. Their blueprint man Randy built just what I asked for, and offered good suggestions for things I didn’t think of. The crews they have were professional and demonstrated fine craftsmanship. They were on site almost every single day and finished this huge project on time. John paid attention to detail and really made our dreams come true! John was a blessing!

Our home was built by Tradewind Builders in The Great Outdoors in 2006 under the then owner Mac...who passed away a number of years ago.
