TWC Architectural Mouldings

I was going to wait until I saw the quality of all the boards I ordered before leaving a review, but an email exchange with my rep made me change my mind. I was very excited about this company at first. Initially they were very responsive and helpful, but it didn't stay quite so smooth as the process went on. Aside from a few minor annoyances in communication, nothing was all that bad until the very morning I sent a follow-up 'when do you think my order will be delivered' email. Shortly after sending the email, a truck showed up at my house with my order...all before 9 a.m. The driver informed me he could not unload per company policy and I could not unload due to that same said company policy. Only my contractor could unload. Mind you, I never even received an email to let me know I had b
