I cannot stress how great our experience with Jason Barnes has been. We are so glad we called Tweet Garot about a basement plumbing issue that we had been previously told would require opening up the wall of a staircase. Jason was able to use his many years of experience to quickly diagnose the issue and suggest a much more logical course of action that didn’t involve costly secondary repairs. The whole process was communicative, straightforward, and an actual pleasure. Matt and Nick came to the house on the day of service to drain the heat line and replace the pipes. They are both highly knowledgeable and awesome to work with. We would call them again in a heartbeat for any future heating or plumbing work.

They have serviced issues we've had with Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, and all have taken the time to describe the issues, explain ways that I can prevent future issues from occurring, and always have been courteous and efficient. Can't recommend them highly enough!

My furnace kept quitting. I have a home warranty but haven't had the greatest experience with them, so didn't expect high quality when they sent someone to fix it. I was so wrong. Certified was great about taking my calls, getting someone there as soon as possible, and the technician was motivated, knowledgeable, and did a great job. He clearly really wanted to do the best job possible. I am so impressed, and would highly recommend this company. I will hire again even without the home warranty.

My dishwasher sprung a leak on a Friday morning as I was leaving for work. I called right when they opened and they had a tech at my house before noon. From my first contact on the phone to the contact with the tech was nothing but amazing. I would highly recommend Certified and will definitely call them if the need arises...
