Twin Bros. Paving and Concrete

In 2023, I contracted Twin Bros. to install a stamped concrete patio for which I paid approximately $13,000. Within the first winter, I noticed significant flaking, surface deterioration, and sealant failure. The company acknowledged the issue and returned to do a basic touch-up, which did not hold up through the next winter. Now, two years after the original installation, the patio has continued to deteriorate. I contacted the company again, and while they sent someone out for another attempt, the “repairs” consisted of patching a few sections, mainly along the perimeter, which now looks completely mismatched. Twin Bros was FANTASTIC with the sealcoating of our Condo Complex. We have had this process done multiple times over the years and this is the 1st time there was ZERO issues, ZERO! That has never happened. They approached their work different than we have ever had before and we were a little worried, cause it was different. They worked in phases, phase 1 - done beginning to end, phase 2 done beginning to end and so on. NO missed labeling of parking spots (big issue usually). The lot looks so good! I've been a property manager for over 10 years. I've used Twin Bros. for both small and large jobs over the years for asphalt as well as concrete. I'll continue to use them and would recommend them for others!
