Wonderful company to deal with. All communication was precise, all questions answered. Installers were friendly, efficient, and FAST. Cleanup was beyond our expectations!! Highly recommend!

I hired TCF for the demo and replacement of my 6 foot cedar fence of my house in Minneapolis. From the time of the first quote appointment until project completion, I only experienced polite, competent interactions with every member of the team. The quote was specific and included itemized options for cost transparency. And, they didn’t oversell, and were respectful of my decisions. Though start date was delayed by two days, they kept it to a two day project, did beautiful work (that will clearly last), and were super respectful of my space. These are nice people, I would hire them again!

Nice job once it got completed. Scheduling sucked! I was told our stair railings would be installed on a specific day. That day came and I’d taken time off work to be present but no one showed up and I didn’t get any notification that I would be waiting in vain. The installer showed up the next day, which meant another day of work I had to take off, and completed the installation. He did a great job, but having to take 2 days off work was totally unacceptable when a simple phone call would have made things right.

I do not at all recommend Twin Cities Fence. My experience with them was extremely disappointing due to a serious lack of professionalism — all for a simple gate repair (just new hinges). Despite multiple calls and emails over the course of several months, I was repeatedly ignored and given the runaround. Kate initially told me this small job would be no problem to fit in. However, time went by with empty promises like “a crew might be able to come sometime this week,” and yet no one ever showed up. There was also no follow-up of any kind. I called at least 15 times — nearly all went to voicemail, and only one call was ever answered.
