We looked into several flooring companies in the area for our flooring project to replace our carpets with wood/vinyl flooring. We went into Twin Cities Floor Covering to look at samples to determine what we wanted to have installed. The customer service was excellent! We felt like they really listened to what we wanted and helped us pick out a flooring that matched our budget and preferences. Other, big box, stores in the area felt like we were at a used car lot. After being a victim of the Cascade wildfire, we rebuilt and purchased laminate flooring from Twin Cities Flooring. Shortly after being installed the flooring began to ripple and buckle. I contacted the owner, Tim, and he responded immediately. He said he would stand behind his product even if the manufacturer did not. He had the rep come and they denied the lifetime warranty. He then hired an inspector at his own expense to determine the cause for the defective flooring. Months later without getting satisfaction from the manufacturer, Tim replaced the laminate throughout our house at no cost. Thank you Tim!
