Used company for 3 years, many service calls for HVAC including a large install in 23/24 totaling over $240k - also lots of walk-in cooler and freezer work. When it comes to billing questions crickets, very patient and zero follow up. Very disappointing Bruce, we tried to build a long term relationship with them as a go to vendor.

My beer cooler went down leading into the busiest weekend of the summer for us. (July 4th) called them at 9pm and someone came out right away in the morning! They were upfront with all pricing and what was needed to get my business back up. I recommend TCM.

Extremely unprofessional. I called looking to request a service for a cooler repair for one of the stores I manage, and talked to a guy named Bruce who was condescending throughout the interaction. Since we wanted someone to come out at their earliest availability, we scheduled for a service the next day. No one showed up for the scheduled time. Gave them a call, talked to Bruce again, lo and behold, more unprofessionalism. What kind of business says something like "throw out the appointment out the garbage". Would rank this a zero if I could. Would not recommend. Zero reliability. Zero responsibility. Zero customer service. If their work is anything like their attitude toward their customers, run. Run far away. Waste of time.

They are not doing good job. They are just trying to waste your time. They will not give you the invoice after repair, but just tell you the mount of the check you have to write... You will have to spend double price if you want to call them.

They wouldn’t fix my bumper or add suspicion to my truck. Might commit arson on there building
