Working with Matt on our townhouse inspection was truly worthy of the 5 star rating! He is very professional and thorough, explaining everything as we did the walkthrough. As a contractor I can say Matt’s attention to detail, knowledge and competence were second to none. Matt was pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough during the home inspection. He took the time to answer all our questions. He even provided a few options for solutions when discussing issues with certain parts of the property that would need mitigation/repair. We are happy with his report(everything was discussed during the inspection, so no surprises) and the quick turnaround time.
