After spending nearly 50 years in the Environmental Services Industry in executive management positions and having owned my own carpet cleaning and floor refinishing business for nearly 40 years I retired to Florida. I bought a 15 year old home and settled in. After a few years I noticed that the grout in my tile floors was not uniform and realized it's time to get it cleaned. Now I could have done it myself as I had the equipment and expertise but I'm retired and decided to hire a qualified company to do the work. If you are looking to get your carpets clean, don’t even bother looking any more! Seriously! I reached out to Crystal a few months back and scheduled to have my carpets cleaned. We had surprise family come visit and so I rescheduled without a problem at all! Today crystal and Todd showed up on time and did a brilliant job! My carpets literally look BRAND new! Amazing results from Twin Peaks! We had the task of cleaning a very large area of travertine which had not been cleaned in quite a while. They did such an amazing job; the floor was almost unrecognizable! Aside from the quality of their work, they’re excellent about communication and have always been on-time for the multiple appointments we’ve scheduled. Twin Peaks Cleaning did a great job cleaning my tile floors. They have new equipment and the hot steam did wonders, they can also reseal your grout if needed. I highly recommend Todd & Crystal, I will definitely use them again. AAA++++
