We’ve had two occasions where we couldn’t figure out what to do with our new Pentair pool filter and the company who installed it was rude and disrespectful. Twin pools is a dream to work with. They are quick to respond and solve any problems that arise. They are the best. 👏👏👏

The previous owner had badly neglected the pool and its equipment. I called Twin Pool and Derek and Nick came out the same day as my call. They assessed my (somewhat battered) equipment and made an inexpensive fix instead of an expensive one another company had suggested. They helped me understand my system and made a list of other fixes they would return and make in a few days. In short, they were enormously helpful and responsive.

These guys are the real deal. I have known Brent and Derrick for 20 years. Hardest working pool guys I have met. They care about their craft and it shows through their meticulous work and stellar work ethic. Their teams get the job done right the first time and they put the customers needs at the forefront of every job.

It’s really hard to find a good pool company. These guys are great. I had two others try to figure out why my spa keeps draining after I turn it off. They kept charging me for diagnosis and pitched expensive solutions and new systems. Twin pool and spa changed a single valve and were on their way. Problem solved.

We started using them during Covid. Our pool needed work after being opened for many years. They got everything running great. Been using them to open and close our pools ever since and they always super nice and do an awesome job explaining everything very well.
