Twin Ports Custom Climate

TPCC was recommended to me by several co-workers so I called for an estimate for a mini-split system. They came the very next day and had the estimate ready by the end of that day. We were going to get another estimate but we were so pleased with what we had already seen from the company that we just decided to go with them. The installers were fantastic! Eric and Justin were attentive to our wishes, they were friendly and worked together as a team in a clean, speedy and detailed manner. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about the company or the installation of our mini-split

Had our propane boiler replaced 2 weeks ago by TPCC. Installers were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and completed the job in 1 1/2 days. Joerge was knowledgeable and delivered exactly what was promised. Before installers left they cleaned up nicely. We are very happy with our new high efficiency heater. Would definitely recommend using TPCC.

Purchased split system AC/heat pump. Replaced 20 yr old leaking AC unit. From quote to install completion 2 weeks. Great crew. Fast install, no mess left, the crew cleaned up area everyday. Professional nice looking no sloppy job of install. Salesman Joerg Rosebrock knew what he was selling and did an excellent job explaining how the units work and what was included in the install. We had a new furnace and A/C installed two weeks ago and are very satisfied. The staff at TPCC was extremely efficient and professional in their installation, and cleaned up very well when they were done. The Trane equipment is modern, quiet and does the job so far. Today it was 96 outside, and the house remained comfortably cool inside. We were very impressed with the knowledge Joerg had in explaining equipment he recommended for us. The price was also very fair. We would highly recommend Twin Ports Custom Climate to anyone who is looking to upgrade their furnace and A/C to an efficient Trane product.

Just had some air conditioning work done and the service tech Eric was great he was on time and helped me out and got it fixed right away. Iv used twin ports custom climate for other hvac work and they have always been great to me and have done good work. I Highly recommend them and the owner is a great guy and so are the office staff!!
