Writing on behalf of my grandmother. Believe it or not, this is among their best work. Ruben told me himself. A delaminated shingle due to firing nails in the wrong spots. You should see their carpentry. A middle schooler in shop class can do better - coming from someone who took shop in middle school. Also, it took me about 2 hours, but I built a jig to cut these slats perfectly and then cut 12 of them. Next problem: they thought it would be a good idea to use MDF (an interior grade material) on the exterior of the building and instead of replacing the original hail damaged stucco siding with stucco, they opted for joint compound - but they cut costs by skipping primer.
